泥灰岩——白云石型铀矿石的浸出

摘要 对泥灰岩—白云石型铀矿石的浸出性能进行了研究,采用硫酸浸出时酸耗高达816kg/t,虽浸出率在90%以上,但在技术和经济上有困难,不推荐采用酸法。通过不同的条件实验,认为45g/LNa2CO3+15g/L NaHCO3是最好的配方。在常温下,采用碱法浸出铀的提取率只有60%左右,加入氧化剂对浸出率影响不大。加温浸出时,铀的提取率与常温相比增加10%,可达70%以上。为了获取更高的提取率,需做进一步的工艺研究。 The leaching performance of a marlite-dolomite Uranium Ore has been studied. Although the uranium extraction rate can get above 90% with 816kg/t sulphuric acid eonsumpton, but, there are some difficulties on technique and economy, so acid lixiviant can not be used to leach uranium with fish roe. Experiment results indicated that 45g/L Na2CO3 +15g/L NaHCO3 is the best lixiviant. The uranium extraction rate is about only 60 % and and only a little increasing added oxidant with alkaline leaching under ambinet temperature. It can get to above 70% with 10% increasing with heating compared with alkaline leaching under ambient temperature. More technical studied should be done to get higher leaching rate.
