摘要
目的:掌握我市医生吸烟的现状及影响因素,为促进医生戒烟活动和医生帮助吸烟者戒烟服务的开展,为政府制定相关政策提供及时、可靠的科学依据,从而降低全人群的吸烟率和提高吸烟者戒烟成功率。方法:采用分层随机抽样方法抽取郑州市乡级以上5个层面的医疗单位,参照1996年医务人员吸烟行为调查结果估计样本量。采用《中国六城市医生吸烟KAP调查问卷》,进行现况调查。结果:郑州市医生总吸烟率为29.81%,其中男、女医生吸烟率分别为46.42%、1.69%。男性吸烟率高于女性吸烟率(P〈0.01)。乡级卫生院医生吸烟率高于县级以上医疗单位的吸烟率(P〈0.01),40~、50~岁的医生吸烟率高于其他年龄组,分别达30.37%和34.95%;医生吸烟率随着工作年限的增加呈上升趋势;不同职称医生总体吸烟率存在差异(P〈0.05),以中级职称的医生吸烟率最高为27.61%,中专及中专以下医生吸烟率明显高于大专以上医生吸烟率(P〈0.01),不同科室医生的吸烟率差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01),其中外科医生吸烟率最高达36.22%。结论:该市医生吸烟率处于较高水平,应建立必要的机制和平台,降低医生的吸烟率,进而促进全社会的控烟工作。
Objective: To grasps the present situation and the influence factor of doctor smokers in Zhengzhou city, to promote doctors to stop smoking and to help smokers to stop smoking. To provide the reliable scientific basis for formulating the correlation policy for the government promptly, thus will reduce the entire crowd smoking rate and increase the success ratio of stopping smoking. Methods: The stratification random sampling method was used to extract the five township level above medical unit of zhengzhou. Referred to smoking behavior of the medical personnel investigation in 1996 to estimate sample quantity. "Chinese Six Cities Doctors To smoke KAP Investigation questionnaire" was used for investigation. Results: Rate of doctor always smoking was 29.81%, Male, female doctor smoking rate was 46.42% and 1.69%respectivdy. Male smoking rate was obviously higher than female smoking rate (P〈0.01). Public health center doctor smoking rate of township level was remarkably higher than the medical unit smoking rate of county level above (P 〈 0.01 ), 40 - and 50 - years - old doctor smoking rate (30.37 % and 34.95 % ) were obviously higher than other age groups. Doctor smoking rate assumed the trend of escalation along with the working year increase; different title doctor overall smoking rate were different (P 〈 0.05), Intermediate title doctor smoking rate was the highest which was 27.61%. The specialized middle school and below the specialized middle school, doctor smoking rate was obviously higher than that of above the tectmical college (P〈0.01), Different administrative offices doctor's smoking rate was significant different (P〈 0.01), Surgeon smoking rate reached 36.22%. Conclusion: Smoking is dangerous factor of many kinds of diseases, At present Zhengzhou doctor smoking rate is at a high level. The essential mechanism and the platform should be established to reduce doctor's smoking rate and to promote the entire society to control smoking.
