摘要
针对线性需求且仓库容量有一定限制的生产销售存贮问题,在是否租借仓库未知的情况下和有一定服务水平约束的条件下,建立了一种可选择模型使得在计划期内的总费用最小。综合考虑了装配费、存贮费、缺货损失费、延期交货费,并利用M atlab软件进行求解,确定了最佳生产周期和生产批量。最后通过计算实例说明了模型对于是否租借仓库问题的有效性。
This paper presents a problem of production and sale under linear demand and limited storage capacity. It sets up a selection model to minimize the total cost in the planned time under the condition of whether renting the warehouse is unknown and has the certain service level restraint. The assemble cost, storage cost, shortage cost and postpone cost are considered, and determined the optimal period and optimal producing quantity by using Matlab software. Finally the model proves to be effective whether to rent the warehouse or not through examples.
