摘要
血脂代谢异常与冠心病的关系越来越受到心血管专家的关注,近年来循证医学的研究也越来越重视这一领域,同时也有大量的证据得以证实。本文从血脂代谢基本概念,高脂血症最新概念和冠心病与脂代谢异常的国内外最新临床研究,来阐述血脂代谢异常与冠心病的关系。
The relationship between abnormal lipometabelism and cardio-vascular diseases is attracting more and more attention from many cardiovascular specialist, which is also verified by the study evident -bases medicine that is also paying more attention to this field in recent years. This article reviews the relationship between them based on the conception of lipid metabolism, the lastest conception of hyperlipemia and the new domestic and abroad data about the study of their relationship.
