摘要
自熔合金可以有各种成分配比,其中B、Si和Cr的含量对合金组织和性能有重大影响。不同成分的自熔合金,在同样的工艺条件下,可获得不同的组织。覆层结合强度的大小与工艺加热温度有关,温度不足不能得到良好的冶金结合,温度过高,虽可获得良好的冶金结合,但会使基体界面过热,晶粒长大,强度降低。
Self-fluxing alloys have a lot of ratios of components, the contents of B.Si and Crcan affect their microstructures and properties greatly. The self-fluxing alloys with different components can obtaine the different structures and properties under the same process.The adhesive strength depends on the heating temperatures.If the temperature is not enough to remelt the coat,the metallurgical bonding can not be got, contrarily,if the temperature is overhigh,good metallurgical bonding can be got, but the boundary of steel substrate will be superheated, the crystal grains will grow up and strength will be decreased.
