摘要
介绍了水资源合理配置的概念,阐述了汾河流域水生态环境现状,探讨了实现水资源合理配置的有利条件,分析了水资源合理配置对生态环境的改善作用,提出了水土保持与生态建设的对策。
This paper introduces the concept of the rational distribution of the water resources, expounds the present situation of the water ecological environment of the Fenhe River valley, analyzes on the effect of the rational distribution of the water resources on the improvement of the ecological environment, and puts forward some countermeasures for the water and soft conservation and the ecological construction.
