摘要
介绍了宜万铁路龙王庙特大桥12#墩(墩高106.5m)承台混凝土施工技术。通过严格控制混凝土温度、降低内外温差、预防收缩裂缝,在地形复杂条件下,严密组织,减少坍落度损失、延缓凝结时间,确保了顺利泵送和浇注质量,取得了较好的效果。
This paper Introduces the concrete construction technique for the cushion cap of No. 12 pier (with the height of 106.5 m) Longwangmiao Extra-long Span Bridge on Yiwan Railway. Through controlling the temperature of the concrete strictly, lowering the difference between the internal temperature and external temperature, preventing the shrinkage cracks, and under the complex topographic conditions, tightening the organization, reducing the loss of the slump constant, and delaying the time of setting, the smoothness of the concrete pumping and the pouring quality have been guaranteed, and the good results have been obtained.
