摘要
分析了ERP中实施业务流程重组的原因,提出了ERP中业务流程重组的实施方法,阐述了BPR与ERP的结合方法。
Based on analyzing the reason of implementing the BPR in the ERP, this paper puts forward some methods for implementing the BPR in the ERP, and expounds the method for combining the BPR and the ERP.
