摘要
针对含硅量较高的铝合金复杂制品难以使用普通机械抛光和化学抛光的不足,本文采用螺旋振动抛光工艺对含硅量为9.15%的铝-硅合金制品进行抛光试验。结果表明,利用螺旋振动抛光工艺,配合自制的抛光液,抛光后制品的表面具有较低的粗糙度和较好的光亮性。
Because of the difficulties of polishing aluminum alloy products with high silicon content by tradi tional mechanical or chemical polishing process, the spiral vibration polishing process of aluminum-silicon alloy products with 9.15% silicon is studied. The results show that by using self-made polishing agent, the polished products have low surface roughness and good brightness after spiral vibration polishing process.
