摘要
结合川东气田天然气生产工艺和基本地质情况,分析了川东气田SCADA系统(包括大天池SCADA系统和重庆输气管网SCADA系统)的设计、工艺需求、监控对象、体系结构、硬件及软件组成、系统功能以及维护管理等情况。重点从川东气田天然气生产、输送工艺需求、SCADA系统功能等方面阐述了SCADA系统在川东气田的成功应用。分析了其运行特点、使用效果,剖析了运行中存在的问题,并针对工艺的不适应性提出了合理的整改措施。
The SCADA system was successfully applied in the natural gas field of the eastern Sichuan Province. According to the natural gas production process and the basic geological situation of natural gas field in the eastern Sichuan Province,the design,technological demand,monitoring object,hardware and software composition,structure,function and the maintenance management of SCADA systems of Datianchi and Chongqing natural gas pipeline net of natural gas fields in the eastern Sichuan Province were analyzed. The operation status of the SCADA system and technological demand were discussed. The problems existing in the operation of the system were analyzed. Some suggestions were presented in this paper.
