摘要 MnO基无氟复合造渣剂是转炉高效化与生产过程无氟清洁化的不可缺少的新型炉料之一。其不仅无氟,并且冶金特性良好:一般能提前化渣1~1.5min;全程化渣好,基本上不喷溅,不返干,不粘枪,有利安全生产,降低钢铁料消耗5~10kg/t;冶炼周期缩短,每天可多炼一炉钢;在使用量8-14kg/t情况下,终点余锰增加0.04%~0.08%,降低FeMn消耗1-2kg/t。 MnO-based fluorine-free slagging compounds are indispensable charging materials in high-efficiency and fluorine-free converter production. They are not only fluorine-free, but also have excellent metallurgical performances. Normally the time for slag melting can be shortened by 1- 1.5 min. The whole slagging process is good, without splashing, drying and lance sticking, in favor of safe production. Material consumption is reduced by 5-10kg/t. Production cycling is quickened, one heat more of steel can be produced daily. When 8 - 14kg/t of the compounds is used, the final surplus manganese is increased by 0. 04-0.08 %, and the consumption of FeMn is reduced by 1-2kg/ t. depending on the conditions of different plants, the economic benefits of using this kind of slagging compounds can be 2-12 yuan/t (steel).
