摘要
用真空喷镀的方法,使金刚石表面镀上一层金属钛,然后再用粉末冶金方法制得金刚石的金属材料制品,结果表明,金刚石表面喷镀钛改善了其浸润性,并活化了金刚石表面,最终提高了金刚石金属材料制品的抗弯强度和耐磨性能,从而延长了制品的使用寿命。
he diamond metalwork was made by the vacuum evaporateplated Ti on diamond and then POwder metallurgical sinterprocess. The results show that the vacuum evaporateplated. Ti on diamond has improved the infiltratity and surface activity of diamond, so that the rupture strength and surface abrasion resistance of the diamond metalwork are improved, and the working life of the diamond metalwork can be prolonged.
