摘要
目的:综述近年来脑功能多种成像技术在脑功能研究中的应用,以阐明各种脑功能成像技术在脑功能研究中的重要作用。资料来源:应用计算机检索Medline1990-01/2005-12期间与脑功能成像技术在脑功能研究中应用相关的文章,检索词“functionalbrainimaging”和“fMRI,PET,EEG”分别组合进行检索,限定文章语言种类为英文。同时计算机检索中国期刊全文数据库1990-01/2005-12期间与脑功能成像技术在脑功能研究中的应用相关的文章,检索词“脑功能成像技术”和“fMRI,PET,EEG”,限定语言种类为中文。资料选择:对资料进行出初审,选择脑功能多种成像技术在脑功能研究中具有较新进展性的文献。排除重复性研究。资料提炼:共收集30篇文献,排除14篇重复性研究,其余16篇查找全文并进行综述。资料综合:对脑功能各种成像技术,如脑电图、脑磁图、功能磁共振成像、正电子发射计算机断层及功能代谢计算机断层的原理、特点及作用进行简明介绍。空间成像技术和时间成像技术的结合可以更加完整深入地揭示认知加工过程、各脑区之间的动态联系和大脑活动机制。在此基础上分别详述正电子发射计算机断层及功能性磁共振的临床应用,主要有在视觉、运动、幻觉刺激与想象运动方面及功能性磁共振在视觉、运动、感觉、语言、认知心理、癫痫病的研究及诊断。还例举在癫痫病的诊断定位及植物人状态的脑功能代谢、激活反应情况。这些研究不仅对于脑部疾病的发病学和病理生理过程及其脑功能变化机制的阐明具有重要意义,而且对许多疾病的临床诊断和治疗决策产生影响。结论:脑功能成像技术是目前惟一无创伤、无侵入性并有较高时间和空间分辨率的高级脑功能研究手段,将功能、影像和解剖3个学科完美结合起来,是脑功能研究的最佳手段。
OBJECTIVE: To review the recent applications of various functional brain imaging (FBI) techniques in the researches of brain function, and clarify the importance of FBI techniques in those researches.
DATA SOURCES: An online search of Medline database was undertaken to identify the relevant articles obout applications of FBI in the researches of brain function published in English from January 1990 to December 2005 with the key words of "functional brain imaging" and "fMRI, PET, EEG" respectively. Meanwhile, Chinese articles related with applications of FBI in the researches of brain function were also retrieved in China Academic Journal Full-text Database published between January 1990 and December 2005 by using the key words of "functional brain imaging" and "fMRI, PET, EEG".
STUDY SELECTION: All the articles were checked primarily,and the comparatively progressive articles related with various FBI techniques in researches of brain function were selected.The repetitive study was excluded.
DATA EXTRACTION: Totally 30 articles were collected, and 14 ones were excluded due to repetitive study. The full-texts of other 16 articles were searched and summarized.
DATA SYNTHESIS: The principles, features and functions of various FBI techniques such as electroencephalography (EEG),magnetoencephalography (MEG), functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI), positron emis sion tomography (PET) and positron emission tomography/computed tomography (PET/CT) were briefly introduced. Combination of spatial image and temporal image could reveal cognitive processing, dynamic correlation between cerebral regions, and active mechanism of brain comprehensively and deeply. And the clinical applications of PET and fMRI were described detailedly, including research and diagnosis on vision, exercise, hallucina- tion stimulation and imagined exercise as well as vision, exercise, feeling, language, cognition and epilepsy by fMRI.
