摘要
目的:探讨有关疾病与染色体的关系。方法:外周血细胞培养,G显带对726例有关疾病(不良孕育史夫妇504例,先天大脑发育不全129例,不育、无精症70例,原发性闭经23例)进行了外周血染色体细胞遗传学分析。结果:检出异常染色体160例,异常率22·04%。其中数目异常99例,异常率13·64%;结构异常38例,异常率5·23%;“正常变异”25例,变异率3·44%。结论:染色体数目或结构异常均会造成不同程度的不良后果。
Objective: To study the relationship between the related diseases and chromosome. Methods: Peripheral blood chromosome was cultivated to conduct spectrum analysis and karyotype analysis of parallel chromosome in 726 cases, including 504 cases of abnormal pregnancy and abnormal child delivery, 129 cases of retard babies, 70 cases of infertility or lack of sperm, 23 cases of primary amenorrhvea. Results: Of 160 cases of karyotype disorder, abnormal rate was 22%. 99 were numerical abnormalities, 38 structural abnormalities, 25 natural dissociation. Conclusion: Numerical or structural aberrance in chromosome will lead to poor outcome with different degrees.
