摘要
依据NdFeB磁体的温度特性及工作状态,导出了NdFeB磁体最高使用温度的近似计算公式,从而能对具有某一矫顽力的NdFeB磁体所能使用的最高温度进行理论推测;亦可根据磁体工作时所要承受的最高温度推断磁体应有的矫顽力,合理选用相应牌号磁体。
A proximate formula for maximum use temperature of NdFeB magnets is derived according to their temperature characteristics and operation states. From this formula, the maximum use temperature of a kind of magnet with a given coercivity can be estimated; conversely, the required coercivity of a magnet with a given maximum use temperature can also be predicted, helping the users choose magnet property reasonably.
