摘要
选择胶合板作为研究对象,在ISO9705标准的全尺寸燃烧间内对其进行全尺寸火灾实验模拟,实验中胶合板以不同的方式布置在房间内:一种是仅布置在墙面上;一种是布置在墙面和顶棚上.实验测量了热释放速率、装饰材料表面温度等参数,通过对数据的分析,发现材料的点燃温度随着位置变化,范围在300~400℃之间;顶棚胶合板材料的存在会大大加速表面火蔓延,加强室内火灾的发展过程,促进轰燃的发生.
Plywood linings were chosen to be tested in the ISO 9705 room. In the experiment, the plywood linings were installed in two ways, one with linings mounted on the walls only, the other with linings mounted on both the walls and the ceiling. Important experimental data including heat release rate and lining surface temperatures were obtained. By analyzing these data, it was found that the lining's ignition temperature varied with position, all falling in the range of 300℃ to 400℃, and that set up of lining materials on the ceiling greatly accelerate and enforce the surface flame spread and the enclosure fire development, promoting the occurrence of flashover.
