摘要
地方煤矿机电管理基础薄弱,存在职能管理部门发挥作用不强,设备管理不到位,职工队伍技术素质低,爱岗敬业精神淡薄,机电培训搞形式,安全资金投入不足等问题。提高煤矿机电管理水平,具体途径需从人、物、环境三方面抓起,建立健全管理制度,发挥职能部门作用,突出机电管理重要性,以机电质量标准化为准绳,明确机电管理指导思想,实现目标管理。
There are problems of the foundation of the machine and electricity management in local coal mine, its foundation is very weak, and the working talent management section is not powerful enough, equipments management does not get in position; officers workers＇ technique is low, spirit of loving and respect - work is weak ; the machine electricity training is made too formal, pour of safe funds is insufficient, etc. To raise the level of coal mine machine electricity management, it should be solved from three aspects ： person, things and environment . A sound and safe management system must be built up. The working talent section should play its part fully. Importance of machine electricity management should be paid attention to. With the quality standard being hint on and machine and electricity management instruction thought being explicited, then target management can be realized.
