摘要 肝细胞和肝星形细胞(hepatic stellate cell,HSC)的凋亡与肝纤维化的形成、发展和减退有关。肝细胞凋亡产生的凋亡小体被吞噬细胞吞噬,且肝细胞凋亡本身可引起或加重炎症,均导致肝纤维化发生;HCS则通过细胞凋亡来减退肝纤维化。因此,肝细胞和肝星形细胞凋亡对肝纤维化有重要作用。 Apoptosis of hepatocyte and hepatic steUate cell is associated with the hepatic fibrosis. Both clearance of hepatocyte apoptotic bodies through phagocytosis and hepatocyte apoptosis itself may stimulate fibrogenesis. Apoptosis of acivated hepatic stellate ceils may attenuates hepatic fibrosis. So, apoptosis of hepatocyte and hepatic stellate cell is critical to hepatic fibrosis.
