摘要
开放条件下,对外投资是一国或地区经济发展到一定阶段的必然选择。对外投资的方式多种多样,目前河南省的对外投资主要采取对外承包工程、对外劳务合作和对外直接投资等形式。虽然取得了一定成绩,但还存在着地区结构不合理、产业结构水平较低等问题。因此,河南省今后应该加强政府部门的服务意识、确立企业的主体地位、调整对外投资的地区结构和产业结构,以进一步提升河南省对外投资绩效。
In the condition of opening, exterior investment is a necessary choice of a country or an area when economy develops to a certain stage.＇ Exterior investment has various manners and at present the exterior investment of Henan Province mainly adopts the manners of undertaking projects, labor cooperation, and direct investment. Although certain achievements have been made, problems such as irrationality of regional structure and low level of industrial structure still exist. Therefore Henan Province should strengthen the service consciousness of government agencies, establish the main body status of enterprises, adjust the regional structure and industrial structure of exterior investment, and improve the performance of exterior investment of Henan Province.
