摘要 采用静态法测定了6种阴离子交换树脂对乙酰丙酸、甲酸和葡萄糖的吸附容量,并考察了温度对6种树脂交换容量的影响,其中弱碱阴离子交换树脂335最适合于乙酰丙酸的回收与分离纯化.在20,30,40℃条件下,利用静态法测定了乙酰丙酸在335树脂上的吸附等温线,温度升高乙酰丙酸的吸附量略有下降,用Freundlich方程较之Langmuir方程可更好地描述乙酰丙酸在335树脂上的吸附平衡;测定了乙酰丙酸及其与甲酸混合溶液在335树脂上、30℃条件下的吸附速率曲线,符合Lagergren二级速率方程,并确定此离子交换过程为颗粒扩散控制. The exchange and adsorption properties of levulinic acid(LA), formic acid(FA) and glucose(glu) on six types of anion exchange resins were investigated, and the influence of the temperature was also studiced. Among them, weakly basic ion-exchange resin 335 can provide the highest uptake capacity of LA. Adsorption equilibrium curves of LA on the 335 resin have been investigated at 20,30,40 ℃. When the temperature increases, the uptake capacity of LA decreases weakly. The Freundlich equation can explain the adsorption equilibrium curves of LA on the 335 resin better than the Langmuir equation. The velocity curves of adsorption of the mixture of LA and FA on the 335 resin at 30 ℃ were to the. Lagergren pseudo-second order rate equation. measured. The adsorption kinetic data fits It is demonstrated that the intrapartical diffusion is the rate controlling step.
