摘要
以现有轧机机座垂直振动模型为基础,从改变四辊轧机机座的结构参数的角度出发,通过对机座振动的固有频率、主振型、振幅的分析,得到了四辊轧机机座的结构参数对机座垂直振动固有特性的影响关系。结果表明:调节结构参数不能明显改变前三阶固有频率,可通过改变结构参数来避免共振,同时在非共振情况下,调节结构参数也可以有效抑制由外界冲击产生的影响,为轧机机座的结构设计及进一步研究轧机的轧制稳定性条件奠定了基础。
This paper is based on the model of four - high mill stand's vertical vibration. Through analyzing the natural frequency, principal mode and amplitude at different structural parameters, the relationships between structural parameters of mill stand and its natural characteristic has been got. It is indicated that the first order, the second order and the third order natural frequency can't be improved obviously by changing structural parameters, but resonance vibration can be avoid and the influence caused by extraneous impact can be restrained effectively in the case of off - resonance by improving structural parameters. This work can give valid reference for the structure design of mill stand and further study of rolling stability conditions.
