摘要
在我国的传统文化中,有着极为丰富的管理理论、方法以及经营的谋略,这些东西是我们建立现代企业文化必须吸收的营养。从传统文化中吸取管理的精华,把儒家文化和现代企业管理结合起来对于创立中国特色的企业管理或企业文化具有极为重要的意义。
In traditional culture of our country, there are many management theory, method and working ruse, all that are needed - alimentation that we build up modem enterprise culture. It is important to found Chinese special enterprise management or enterprise culture between the Confucianists culture and modem enterprise management from traditional culture.
