摘要消化性溃疡是临床上常见病、多发病,一直以来困扰着人们并影响病人的健康。2000年国内资料显示[1]:溃疡病年发病率为0.84‰。虽然近半个世纪以来,临床工作者通过不懈努力,对溃疡病发病有了深刻地认识,也研制出大量的抗溃疡病新药,根除Hp治疗的广泛开展使溃疡病的愈合率达到95%以上。但是溃疡病的复发问题仍然存在。据报道,在Hp被根除后溃疡的年复发率为6.45%;Hp阳性的溃疡年复发率可达23.33%[2]。因此防治消化性溃疡的复发依然是治疗消化性溃疡的一大难题。近年来许多研究资料显示,完全治愈的消化性溃疡复发率很低。于是人们越来越重视消化性溃疡愈合质量(Qualityofulcerhealing,QOUH)的研究。
