摘要
采用柠檬酸络合法,通过改变制取复合稀土氧化物LaFeO3材料的工艺条件,有效地控制了晶粒尺寸,提高了元件的稳定性.对LaFeO3酒敏元件材料的不同掺杂后的结果进行了分析.
The grain size of materials is effectively controlled and the stability of the sensor elements is obviously improved by using a citric acid complex method and changing the technology condition to prepare the rare-earth composite oxids LaFeO3. The results of LaFeO3 alcohol gas sensor elements with different doping are analysed.
