摘要
目的观察伊班膦酸钠治疗骨转移瘤所致疼痛的临床效果。方法36例骨转移瘤伴有疼痛的病人接受伊班膦酸钠治疗,伊班膦酸钠4mg+生理盐水500ml静脉滴注,至少2h以上,每4周重复1次,3个周期后评价治疗效果。结果伊班膦酸钠治疗前骨痛评分为(6.47±2.26)分,治疗后为(3.19±2.04)分,两者相比有显著性差异(t=10.397,P<0.01),骨痛缓解有效率达72.2%,生活质量评分治疗后为(40.67±8.87)分,较治疗前(31.74±9.61)分明显上升(t=8.191,P<0.01),未见肝、肾功能损害。结论伊班膦酸钠治疗骨转移瘤所致疼痛效果好,改善了患者的生活质量。
Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of treatment with intravenous （ Ⅳ） ibandronate on bone pain in patients with skeletal metastases.Methods 36 patients with metastatic bone pain received IV ibandroante 4mg infused over 2 hours every 4 weeks.The therapeutic efficacy was evaluated after three circles. Results Before the treatment the mean bone pain score was 6.47 ± 2.26, after intravenous Ⅳ ibandronate the mean bone pain score was 3.19 ±2.04, the difference was significant （t = 10. 397, P 〈 0.01 ） .The response rate of pain was 72.2% .The treatment with IV ibandronate significantly improved quality of life of patients compare with baseline （ P 〈 0.01）. There were no evidence of liver, renal toxicity. Conclusion The treatment with Ⅳ ibandronate has a marked analgesic effect in patients with bone pain from metastatic bone disease and improve quality of life of patients.
