摘要
目的讨论乳腺癌改良根治术的最佳切口选择。方法对134例乳腺癌患者采用乳腺癌改良根治术,随机选择横切口和纵切口,将术后切口愈合情况及并发症总结分析。结果横切口与纵切口比较愈合无显著差异,但横切口可以明显缩短有并发症患者的住院时间。结论乳腺癌手术切口应尽量选择横切口。
Objective：To discuss the best choice of incision in modified radical mastectomy. Methods：Total of 134 mastocarcinoma patients underwent modified radical mastectomy. Different incisions were used randomly and discuss heal and complications. Results：There was no significant difference between the two incision types. Selecting transverse incision could have shorten time of the comlication patients in hospital. Condusion： Transverse incision in modified radical mastectomy is better method.
