口服枸橼酸铁铵在3.0T高场强MR上腹部检查中的初步研究

摘要 目的通过使用3.0T磁共振扫描仪对口服枸橼酸铁铵前后进行上腹部成像,研究该对比剂在高场强磁共振上腹部检查中的临床应用价值。方法对9例健康志愿者在服用浓度为7.55mmol/L的枸橼酸铁铵前后使用相同的扫描参数进行横轴位常规T1WI、T2WI成像和磁共振胰胆管成像(MRCP),按不同解剖部位显示情况分别进行评分并进行统计学分析。结果口服对比剂后胃、十二指肠降部及肝左叶边缘的显示在不同序列的横轴位图像上都有显著改善,MRCP对胰胆管的显示也有显著改善,配对秩和检验的结果P<0.05。结论在上腹部高场强磁共振检查中使用枸橼酸铁铵对比剂可以明显改善胃肠道内液体对MRCP图像的影响,对横轴位图像的显示也有明显的改善作用。 Objective To study the clinical value of ferric ammonium citrate (FAC) in upper abdominal imaging by using high field 3.0T MR scanner. Methods Upper abdomen axial T1 , T2-weighted imaging and magnetic resonance cholangiopancreatography (MRCP) on 9 healthy volunteers with the same scanning parameters was performed before and after taking 7.55 mmol/L FAC, imaging based on the different anatomical locations was assessed, and all data were analyzed by statistics. Results After taking FAC the imaging effect of stomach, descending duodenum, the left lobe's edge of liver and MRCP was much better than before taking it. The result of paired rank sum test was P〈0.05. Conclusion The image quality could be effectively improved in the upper abdomen by using FAC in the high field MR imaging.
