摘要
随着市场竞争的日益激烈,顾客需求的不断变化,传统的战略思维已经不能适应企业生存与发展的要求。本文基于顾客价值创新的战略意义和基本模式,提出了对顾客价值创新进行动态管理的具体举措,以求实现持续的顾客价值创新。
With market competition becoming more fierce than ever, customer demands changes much. The traditional competitive strategy logic isn't fit for the needs of enterprises subsistence and development. Based on the strategy meaning and generic models of consumer-value innovation, this paper gives the ways about how to make dynamic management to realize consumer -value innovation.
