摘要
本文应用博弈论分析了人力资源管理外包过程及其风险,发现企业人力资源管理外包的风险主要来自两个方面:市场完善程度和外包商的业务水平。由此提出了规避人力资源管理外包风险的建议。
The procedure and risks of the human resources out-sourcing are analyzed by means of the Game Theory in this paper. The risks may result from two main aspects, the mature degree of the HR market and the ability of the agent. On the basis of the above analysis, the suggestion is presented to help the companies evade the risks of HR out-sourcing.
