摘要
针对航空领域专用的碳纤维复合材料板材,以超声波的声衰减模型为基础,研制了用于孔隙率检测的便携式超声仪器。介绍了检测原理、硬件体系结构和软件的开发思想。仪器采用笔记本电脑控制信号的采集、处理和显示,系统轻巧,便于携带,能够快捷、准确地完成碳纤维复合材料板孔隙率的检测,非常适合现场使用。
On the basis of ultrasonic attenuation model, a portable detector used in void content of carbon-fiber reinforced plastics in aeronautic field is developed. The test principle, hardware structure and software developing idea of the detector are introduced. The detector employs notebook computer to control signal's collecting, processing and displaying so that the whole system is light and portable. The result shows that the detector can accurately test the void content of carbon-fiber reinforced plastics on the spot.
