摘要
首先分析了国内现有电压合格率管理信息系统的现状,指出其存在的问题。针对现有系统在广域网应用中开放性和安全性不足的缺陷,提出一种新的基于广域网的电压合格率管理信息系统的设计思路,并对系统的功能设计进行了详细的描述。本系统基于广域网设计,支持电压合格率数据的无限级上报、审批、回退,实现了广域网上数据的合并与汇总。系统的权限设计体系、面向对象的数据库技术保证了系统数据的高度安全性,使系统具有良好的开放性。系统的实际运行表明,该系统大大提高了电力企业的电压管理水平。
This paper first analyzes the current situation of domestic qualified voltage ratio management information system (MIS) and points out the problems that still exist. The present system cannot satisfy the requirement of openness and security in the wide area network (WAN). This paper develops a new method of voltage qualified rate MIS based on WAN and it also details the system's function and feature, Based on WAN, the qualified voltage ratio data can be reported to leaders, examined and rejected to achieve system data-integration, The design of permission and object-oriented database technique guarantee security of data and openness of the system. The practical running experience indicates that the level of voltage management in power corporations can be improved very much by the system.
