摘要 用202Hg同位素谱灯抽运199Hg+离子是微波频标的特点。如何研制出功率大,频谱窄的谱灯是微波频标中的一个重要课题。从理论上介绍了202Hg谱灯的发光机理,给出了202Hg谱灯的研制方法,包括实验装置及制泡流程和工艺,对制泡中关键技术作了阐述。 Using the ^202Hg isotope lamp as the light source is one feature of ^199Hg^+ microwave freguency standard. How to make a lamp with higher power and narrower spectrum is an important problem of microwave freguency standard. The lighting mechanism of ^202Hg lamp was introduced theoritically. The lamp-making process including the experimental apparatus, the bulb-making technical process and some key thchinques was described.
