摘要 研究了不同wv/wc对Cr-Mo-V精铸热锻模具钢的高温磨损性能的影响,并探讨了其磨损机理。结果表明,当wv/wc为1.5(0.3/0.2)-2.5(0.5/0.2)时,精铸热锻模具钢磨损率高,耐磨性差;wv/wc为3(1.2/0.4)时,磨损率最低。精铸热锻模具钢高温磨损机理为氧化物疲劳剥落,磨面上产生的氧化物为Fe3O4和Fe2O3,对磨损起到保护作用。 The effects of wv/wc on high-temperature wear property of Cr-Mo-V cast hot-forging die steel were studied. The mechanism of high-temperature wear was discussed. The results show that the cast steels with a wv/wc of 1.5 (0. 3/ 0. 2 ) - 2. 5 (0. 5/0. 2 ) have the low wear resistance with higher wear rate ; when wv/wc is 3 ( 1.2/0. 4), wear rate reaches the lowest. The oxides produced on worn surface are Fe3O4 and Fe2O3 , which have a protection function from wear. The high temperature wear mechanism of the steel is oxide fatigue exfoliation.
