摘要
本文分析53例经手术病理证实的乳腺癌CT表现，结合病理学基础讨论其直接征象和间接征象。表明癌灶区平扫的CT值平均为30Hu，增强后的CT值明显升高，平均为59Hu，指出增强前后的CT值变化＞29Hu，有助于乳腺癌的诊断。
The present article analyzed the CT images of 53 cases of breast cancer verified by operation and pathology and also discussed their direct and indirect signs combined with pathological bases. It indicates that the average CT value is 30Hu in cancer area when normal scanning, while in enhancing scan the CT value rises nominantly, average about 59Hu, since the changes of CT value is s much before and after enhancing scan (>29Hu), it is helpful to diagnose a breast cancer.
