摘要
为落实十六大提出的“逐步解决群众看病难,看病贵”的问题,医院要转变发展模式,不断提高人员素质,提高管理水平。卫生行政部门要加强对医院的监督管理,尤其是要不断采取有效措施,加强对医院领导班子的管理。
Hospital should change development model and enhance staff quality and management to deal with ＂difficulty of seeing doctor and expensive medical cost＂ gradually. Health bureau should supervise hospital better, especially hospital leading group.
