摘要
本文分析了1992年7月至1994年7月两年中NICU收治的57例机械通气患儿中20例撤机失败的原因。认为合并肺部严重感染是撤机失败的主要原因，其他包括，撤机后肺不张，肺出血，颅内病变和全身状况等。并从新生儿和早产儿的病理生理特点分析说明了为什么本组患儿易出现上述问题而致撤机失败，提出应采取什么措施以提高撤机的成功率。
From July 1992 to July 1994, 20 of 57 cases under mechanical ventilation in NICU,who could not wean from mechanical ventilation successfully,were studied. The results indicate that the serious pulmonary infection is the main cause. Other causes are: atelectasis, pulmonary hemorrhage, intracranial diseases, the condition of health and so on after weaning. In view of pathophysiology in newborn, especially in premature, it is discussed why these babies coula not wean from mechanical ventilation successfully. How to wean from mechanical ventilation successfully is a question yet to be discussed and settled
