摘要
采用吸附树脂从酵母废液中提取焦糖色素。1m3废液可提取12kg焦糖色素,该产品质量达到GB8817-1988标准,同时排放废水的COD由10～14万mg/L降至1万mg/L,pH值由4.5～5.0升至7。
The caramel pigment was extracted by adsorbent resin from the molasses wastewater utilized by yeast, 12kg caramel pigment could be obtained from 1m^3 molasses wastewater. Its quality accorded with GB8817-1988 and the COD in the wastewater was decreased from 100000-140000mg/L to 10000mg/L, and the pH was up to 7.0 from 4.5-5.0.
