摘要
小动物肝移植模型的建立是肝移植实验研究的基础,国际上肝移植小动物模型多为大鼠原位肝移植模型,如经典的Kamada“双套管法”大鼠原位肝移植模型等,为了对大鼠肝移植后肝再生进行深入的研究,课题组通过参考Omura的方法,采用改良“双套管法”,建立了稳定的大鼠减体积肝移植(reduced-size liver transplantation,RSLT)模型。
Building the model of little animal liver transplantation is the basis of experimental research. Usually the model of rat liver transplantation using liver itself is used, for example, classical Kamada model ' double bushing method' etc. In order to study deeply liver rebirth after rat liver transplantation, we built stable model of rat reduced size liver transplanta tion by consulting Omura ' s method and using improved ' double bushing method'.
