摘要
文章通过对建筑层分档、合理面宽分析,说明节能省地之简便方法,并依据相关规范,列举现实存在的与高品质住宅有关的不利因素及少数住宅设计中大面宽低层高存在的隐患。为了使之既节能省地、又满足动静分区功能要求,将楼层理想值、合理面宽与跃层住宅相融合进行探讨。
The article illustrates the handy way to build cost and land-saving residence through the divisions of the building storey and the analysis of the reasonable area and width, and according to the relative regulation, lists the existing unfavorable factors with the quality residence and the hidden troubles that exist in few residences with middle or large-sized area but low storey height .In order to both save cost and land and satisfy the need of separating the living and the privacy areas, the author expounds upon the ideal storeys, reasonable area and width of the residence with double-storey.
