摘要
目的:探讨头穴针刺对脑缺血大鼠脑微血管内皮细胞增生的影响。方法:将大鼠采用大脑中动脉线栓阻塞法建立大鼠局灶性脑缺血模型,用免疫组化SABC法检测模型大鼠在脑缺血后治疗1d、3d、5d、10d时与内皮细胞功能有关的因子Ⅷ相关抗原的表达,动态观察头穴针刺在不同时间点对上述指标的影响作用及其内在动态关联性。结果:FⅧ相关抗原主要在微血管内皮细胞中表达,在缺血后3d开始增加(P<0.05),并持续上升;脑缺血针刺治疗组10d差异有显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论:头穴针刺能够有效促进缺血半暗带血管内皮细胞增生,并且具有明显的累加蓄积效应。
Objective: To study the effect of head point acupuncture on experimental rat's brain endothelial FⅧR: Ag in the capillary vessels. Method: Health old male rats were treated with MCAO method to create the rat's focal cerebral ischemia-reperfusion model, the expression of the yon Willebrand factor (vWF) and in the model of rat after cerebral ischemia in 1d, 3d, 5d, 10d were assessed with immunohistochemical En-Vision method. The appearance construction of capillary vessels after cerebral ischemia and the various regulation of these inflammatory factories expression in capillary vessel endothelial cells were observed. Result: FⅧ related antigen expressed in capillary vessel endothelial cell, and increased in 3d after lacking of blood supply (P〈0.05), and continued increment. Cerebral ischemia acupuncture treatment group in 10d still possessed noticeable statistics meaning (P〈0.01). Conclusion: Acupuncture of head skin may effectively promote endothelial cell hyperplasia of the animal's ischemia, the half dark cincture influence, and such benign mechanism has obvious accumulation.
