大豆低聚糖对肉鸡肠道菌群和粪便中氨气含量的影响 被引量:8

摘要 选取198只1日龄罗斯308肉仔鸡,随机分为6组,每组3个重复。以玉米-豆粕型日粮为基础日粮,添加不同水平的大豆低聚糖(0.08%、0.15%、0.20%、0.25%和0.30%),研究大豆低聚糖对肉鸡肠道菌群和粪便中氨气含量的影响,试验期6周。结果表明:①日粮中添加大豆低聚糖可以使42日龄肉鸡肠道内有益菌增殖,抑制有害菌的生长(P<0.05);②日粮中添加大豆低聚糖可以降低粪便中氨气含量,各试验组粪中氨气的含量分别比对照组降低了10.29%(P<0.05)、13.64%(P<0.01)、17.19%(P<0.01)、20.97%(P<0.01)和22.95%(P<0.01)。其中0.08%添加组和0.20%添加组差异显著(P<0.05),其它组之间无显著性差异。 The objective of this research was to the study effects of soybean-oligosacchrides on micooranism of cecum and content of NH3 in dejecta of broilers. 198 one-day-old Rose 308 brids were randomly assigned to 6 groups, with 3 replications per group. The control was provided with basal diet. Treatments were basal diet added by 0.08% ,0.15% ,0.20% ,0.25% and 0.30% soybean- oligosacchrides. The trail last 42 days. Results showed that soybean-oligosacchrides increased the amount of Bifidobacteria and Lactobacillus ( P 〈 0.05), decreased the amount of Escherichia coli (P〈0.05). Soybean--oligosacchrides decreased the content of NH3 in dejecta of broilers. All the experimental group respectively decreased by 10.29 % (P 〈 0.05), 13. 6496 (P 〈 0.01 ), 17.1996 (P 〈 0.01 ), 20. 9796 ( P 〈 0.01 ) and 22.95 % ( P 〈 0.01 ) compared to control group. The difference between 0.08 % group and 0.20 % group was significant ( P 〈 0.05 ), the differences among the other groups were not significant(P 〉0.05).
