摘要
分析轨道交通项目PPP的目的、特点、类型及关键条件,针对目前轨道交通进行PPP遇到的主要制约因素,提出轨道交通项目进行PPP投融资方式的基本框架。
This paper analyzes the purpose, characteristic, categories and key conditions of PPP financing for rail transit project, and put forward the framework for application of the PPP Financing, regarding the major restraint which might be encountered currently in the process of the application.
