摘要
当前我国建筑业正处于由要素导向阶段向投资导向阶段转折的关键时期,如何解决好建筑业的劳动力问题,特别是民工问题,是使我国建筑业实现顺利转折的重要因素。本文就从建筑业发展的角度提出解决民工荒问题的思路。
At the present, construction industry in China is in the pivotal process of that turn element-guide phase to invest-guide phase. The laborer problems, especially the migrant-worker problems, are the important factors for the smooth transition of construction industry. This paper presents the methods of resolution from the view point of development of construction industry.
