摘要
研究了高掺量粉煤灰混凝土的断裂特征,对不同掺量粉煤灰混凝土的断裂特征以及不同断口深度、断裂韧性进行了测试评价,对不同掺量的粉煤灰混凝土的峰值荷载、最大应力、断裂韧度进行对比分析,并根据测试结果建立了峰值荷载、最大应力、断裂韧度的多元回归方程。研究结果表明,随着粉煤灰掺量的增加混凝土的脆性逐渐增大,随着断口深度的增大,混凝土的断裂韧度逐渐减少,断口深度对普通混凝土的断裂韧性影响也较大。
The fracture characteristic of high fly ash volume concrete is studied, testing and evaluating the fracture characteristic and fracture toughness of different fly ash volume concrete, different fracture degree of depth, and many kinds of fly ash volume concrete. The comparative analysis to the peak load, the largest stress and fracture toughness of the different fly ash volume concrete, and multiregression equations of the peak load, the largest stress and fracture toughness are built according to the reality testing the data. The result of the research indicates that the concrete brittleness increases gradually with the increase of fly ash volume in concrete, the fracture toughness reduces gradually with the increase of fracture degree of depth. The fracture degree of depth to fracture toughness of the ordinary concrete is also bigger.
