石蜡加氢催化剂固定床反应器器外预硫化 被引量:1

摘要 采用固定床反应器,对石蜡加氢精制催化剂进行了干法器外预硫化,研究了预硫化工艺条件对加氢催化剂硫化度的影响。结果表明,大于400℃时,硫化度受H2S进料质量分数和空速的影响较小;在400℃,达到理论硫化时间(t0)的条件下,H2S完全穿透床层;高温时,H2S初始穿透床层速度较慢。达到较高硫化度的适宜工艺条件为:硫化时间不小于1.2t0,硫化温度不低于400℃,H2S的进料质量分数不大于10.00%。 Ex-situ presulfiding of a hydrogenation catalyst in fixed-bed reactor was studied.The influence of presulfiding conditions on sulfiding degree was investigated.The results showed the catalyst presulfided at high temperature exhibited higher sulfiding degree,and the sulfiding degree was hardly influenced by concentration of H_2S and space velocity.The sulfurization in line indicated that H_2S past through the catalyst bed completely up to sulfiding time in theory at 400()℃.The suitable conditions for ex-situ presulfurization in a fixed bed was that sulfiding time no less than 1.2()t_0,sulfiding temperature was about 400()℃,the mass fraction of H_2S was no more than 10.00%.
