多层螺旋CT后处理技术在颅内动脉瘤的应用价值研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨多层螺旋CT后处理技术在颅内动脉瘤的应用价值。材料和方法:对36例怀疑颅内动脉瘤的患者行数字减影血管成像(DSA)和盯增强检查,对比分析颅内动脉瘤的多层螺旋CF后处理技术分析结果与DSA结果。结果:36例受检者DSA发现36个动脉瘤,分别为10个位于前交通动脉,9个位于大脑中动脉,7个位于大脑前动脉,4个位于后交通动脉,4个位于大脑中动脉.2个位于基底动脉,36个动脉瘤中,26个为圆形或类圆形.10个为不规则形,平均最长径为5.2mm(2.2mm-15mm);多层螺旋盯横断面检出率为58.3%,MIP检出率为91.7%,VR检出率为83.3%,MIP+VR检出率为97.2%。结论:多层螺旋CT后处理技术的应用提高了CT对颅内动脉瘤的诊断价值,可作为外科治疗或介入治疗颅内动脉瘤的筛选方法。
