摘要
以山西省公路局长治分局改造长治市境内县际公路16个项目为例,探讨了在县际公路工程管理过程中,建立健全组织机构与工程质量管理保证体系的重要性,总结了公路建设中的一些做法和存在的问题。
Taking the sixteen projects of the modification works of the Intercounty highways with Changzhi City undertook by Shanxi Highway Bureau Changzhi Branch, this paper probes into the importance of establishing and perfecting the organizational structure and the engineering quality control and guarantee system, and sums up some measures for and problems in the construction of the highways.
