浅释了国民待遇的理论和原则,在界定国民待遇的基础上,论述了网络经济适用国民待遇的优势和劣势,指出了网络经济适用国民待遇的路径。
This paper expounds the theory and principle of the national treatment, and based on defining the national treatment, discusses on the superiorities and inferiorities of the network economy applied to the national treatment, and puts forward some paths of applying the network economy to the national treatment.
