骨原发性非霍奇金淋巴瘤临床病理观察 被引量：1

Pathological investigation of primary bone non-Hodgkin lymphoma

摘要 目的探讨骨原发性非霍奇金淋巴瘤(PNHLB)的临床病理特征。方法收集13例PNHLB,对其临床症状、体征、X射线、病理组织形态学、免疫表型等进行分析。结果13例PNHLB临床主要表现为病变处局部疼痛和压痛。X射线片示溶骨性破坏。病理组织学类型主要为弥漫型大B细胞淋巴瘤。平均随访2年,患者在半年内均无骨外淋巴瘤征象。结论临床表现和影像学虽能提示PNHLB的可能,但最后确诊和组织学分类需病理组织学及免疫组化证实。
