摘要
目的探讨在射频深部热疗中金属支架对猪食管黏膜温度影响的动物实验中支架置入的最佳方式。方法把4路测温线的测温点分别固定在金属支架中心处、支架下缘处、支架下缘2 cm处和支架下缘4 cm处。利用徒手置入和引导丝牵拉两种方式使金属支架和4路测温线经过猪胃进入猪食管。采用SR-1000射频深部热疗机对13只猪食管进行体外加热30分钟,同时连续监测4测温点的温度变化情况。结果5只猪实验失败,1只猪在麻醉时死亡,4只猪在徒手置入支架过程中使测温线出现损伤,测温点的温度数据不准确,2只采用徒手置入和6只采用引导丝牵拉的支架置入方式实验获得成功,在保护测温线免受损伤上,引导丝牵拉方式明显优于徒手置入方式(P<0.05)。结论在射频深部热疗中食管金属支架对猪食管黏膜温度影响的实验中采用引导丝牵拉方式能更好地保护测温线。
Objective To study the optimal scheme for placing metal stent into the pig's esophagus in the experiment of the influence of metal stents on temperature of esophageal mucosa in pigs undergoing radiofrequency hyperthermia. Methods We chose the middle, lower, 2 cm and 4 cm apart from the lower part of the stent as the temperature checkpoints. The metal stent and temperature checkpoints were placed into the pig's esophagus by the method of guide silk-drawing or bare-handed. The esophageal mucosas in 13 pigs placed with metal stents were heated for 30 minutes by SR-1000 radiofrequency hyperthermia machine. The temperature of esophageal mucosa was monitored continuously. Results Five cases failed, in which one pig died during anaesthetic period, and the others were due to the damage of temperature-check wires in the process of bare-handed placement. Eight cases succeeded including 2 by bare-handed and 6 by guide silk- drawing. The latter was conspicuously better than the former ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion The guide silk-drawing method has a high successful rate and hence more suitable for the experiment.
